Durham Choice Project Manager
Karen is responsible for overall management of the $40 million Choice Neighborhoods grant. She also oversees the housing development program.
Heather Wilson
Durham Choice Neighborhood Lead
Heather oversees all Durham Choice-funded neighborhood investment projects. She is the primary point of contact between neighborhood partners and Durham Choice.
